How to Register:
Registration for the CCSBE 2010 Conference is being managed by the ticketing services provided by The Conservatory at Mount Royal University and may be performed in one of the following methods:
You may register online using The Conservatory’s ticketing system by using Visa or MasterCard.

Register over the Phone:
You may phone The Conservatory at (403) 440-7770 and indicate you which to register for the CCSBE2010 Conference. Please have credit card information available.
Mail-in Registrations:
You may download the registration form found here and mail a cheque in for the full amount of the conference fees to:

Please make the cheque payable to “Mount Royal University” and write CCSBE2010 Conference Fees in the comment place on your cheque.
Refund Policy:
CCSBE membership annual dues are nonrefundable. Conference cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to the CCSBE 2010 Conference Committee in writing via letter, email ccsbe2010@mtroyal.ca or fax (403.440.5909). Please allow 6-8 weeks for refunds.
Refunds will be made based on the following scale:
Up to 7 days prior to the conference (October 21, 2010) – Full refund minus $50 processing fee
Less than 7 days prior to the conference (October 21, 2010) – No Refund
Last day to register online: October 27, 2010
